关于PR Appointment

两个礼拜前作死，脑抽，改来改去，现在不给预约了。有没网友知道要等多久才可以重新预约？

You are not allowed to make any changes to your appointment as you have exceeded your change appointment quota

Please Note:

Changes will have to be made 1 day before the appointment date. If you have either made 2 changes to your appointment date/time or missed 2 appointments, you will not be allowed to make further changes or any new appointment.

你已经没法上网预约了，得打去ica说明情况，这种作死的情况现在好像很麻烦，以前打去ica还可以再预约，最新的就不清楚了。

顺便带一句，那个作死的朋友后来找ica阿姨帮他选日子，最后16个月才批。。。同期校友中最慢的一位。。。
