没仔细算，大概估计一下的意思就是，如果存款在6w及以下，其余条件不变的情况下，新政策会导致你的收益减少。但是如果你有7w，那么就可以把减少的收益给加回来，总的收益和之前变动不大，是这个意思吧？

对的，但是还有增加条件。
SAVE Bonus就限制在SGD7万和最低SGD200k.
之前是icreamental the difference cap 在1百万。
