Oath of Renunciation,Allegiance & Loyalty 跟 Declaration by Applicant到底是什么呀？

请教两个问题：
（1）申请公民的时候这个Oath of Renunciation, Allegiance and Loyalty是不是要填好了找什么律师宣誓一下，然后跟SC的申请表一起交上去的？

（2）同时帮孩子一起申请公民的时候大人要在Declaration by Applicant上签字？这个Declaration by Applicant我怎么死活都看不懂呢。。。其中d项说I have/have not renounced, been deproved of my Singapore citizenship, or had my Singapore citizenship terminated 还有e项 i have not done any act that would have rendered me liable to have my Singapore citizenship terminated or to be deprived of my Singapore citizenship, 以及f 项 i have not acquired the citizenship of another country 这三项怎么看都不应该在拿到SC之前签啊。。。。

1）这个是公民注册的时候commissioner of oaths面前take
2）d, e,你以前没拿过SC当然直接declare "have not"啦，这两个是针对那些以前是SC退过国籍或者因为干过什么非法的事情导致国籍被取消的现在又来重新申请SC的.
f 适用于所有人吧，你当然要declare你有没有取得了其他国籍啊比如米国等。

谢谢啊！所以说这个1）目前不用填；2）是我去面试的时候当场interviewer一边问我interviewer一边帮我填然后让我签字是吗？
