Booking of appointment for application of Singapore Citizenship

You may wish to self-monitor the e-appointment website (https://eappointment.ica.gov.sg) or the mobile app e-Appt@ICA to secure your preferred appointment slot available for booking. You do not have to print out the application form submitted online when attending the interview.

Translating documents that are not in English

ICA accepts both official translations done or privately translated copy attested by the Embassy of the document-issuing country / notarised by a local Notary Public for all documents and communications which are not written in English.

Enquiring status of Singapore Citizenship application

Generally, a Singapore Citizenship application will take 6 to 12 months or more while some applications might take longer. You may check the updated status of your application through our e-Service (https://ienquiry.ica.gov.sg) . Please note that ICA will send the outcome letter by post to your registered address as soon as the decision is made.

Submitting supporting documents

You may submit your updated documents at this office, located at level 6 of ICA Building. Kindly select the [Enquiry] option from the Self-service ticketing kiosk located at the office’s entrance. Alternatively, you may email us scanned copies of the updated documents for our processing.

Error code “E017” for e-SC (Electronic Singapore Citizenship Application)

If you are applying for Singapore Citizenship under your spouse's sponsorship, you will need your spouse to log on using their Sing-Pass and select “Family Ties Scheme”. However, if you are interested to apply for Singapore Citizenship on your own merits, please select “Economic Scheme”.

我来更新一下。我先发邮件给helpdesk这个邮箱，收到如上的自动回复。然后我才给feedback那个邮箱又发了一次，然后今天feedback给我回信了，说是收到了我的信，看了内容后把我的信原样的转发到负责部门（就是helpdesk那个邮件）。
We refer to your email on 20 July 2017.
We note the contents of your email. Your email and its attached documents are forwarded to the Citizenship Unit (copied in this email) for their attention. You will be notified by mail should there be additional documents required by the relevant officer and when the outcome is known.
所以说到底，负责SC更新材料的还是helpdesk那个邮件嘛。可是helpdesk又说不回复补材料的信。
