前台岗位职责:
- 礼貌规范地接听顾客电话
- 通过电子系统辅助顾客看诊预约和登记配药
- 协助销售健康配套和相关产品
- 有礼貌地接待顾客,培养良好的顾客关系
前台岗位要求: - 熟练使用中英双语
- 生活态度积极向上,有较强的责任心和耐心
- 熟练运用汉语拼音
- 对医疗事业有兴趣者优先
Job Responsibilities - Welcome and greet patients
- Answer the phone with proper telephone etiquette
- Register new patients and update existing patient's details
- TCM pharmacy management
- Coordinate with physicians and therapists to facilitate treatment process
- Promote service packages to customer (attractive commission)
Skills and Education Qualification - Willing to take on multiple tasks
- Strong customer service orientation
- Telephone etiquette and good communication skills
- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese (To liaise with Chinese speaking customers)
- Preferably with sales experience
- Able to work on weekends and perform shift work
