中医治疗师 Therapist (Tuina)

职责范畴：

1.    通过手法治疗协助主治医师对患者进行痛症治疗或运动损伤治疗

2.    通过操作痛症康复设备协助患者治疗

3.    通过服务和沟通提升患者对企业的信任度和忠诚度

4.    与医师和前台工作人员密切配合

要求：

1.   中医院校针推专业毕业，中专及以上学历

2.   3-5年以上中医手法治疗经验

3.   3年以上痛症治疗经验，有运动损伤治疗经验和中医正骨经验者优先

4.   熟悉解剖学，对肌肉组织结构有一定的了解，对常见痛症可以做出准确的诊断，熟悉X-Ray，MRI

5.   具备基本的中西医知识，了解运动损伤原理

6.   有服务意识和较强的沟通能力，具备团队协作精神

Job Responsibilities

·        To assess and provide effective treatment to patients

·        To operate medical equipment for the treatment

·        To work closely with the physicians and front desk officers to facilitate treatment process

·        To enhance the customer trust and loyalty by building and maintaining good relationship with the customer

Skills and EducationQualification

·        Academic qualifications or relevant work experiences in the area of TCM rehabilitation

·        3-5 years experience in TCM therapy

·        Minimum 3 years experience in pain treatment, experience with sportsinjury treatment or traditional Chinese orthopedics will be highly considered

·        Good knowledge of human anatomy and principles of sports injury

·        Team player

·        Strong customer service orientation
