The Employment shall continue for a fixed term of ONE (1) year from the commence
date. After the expiry of the fixed term, the Employment shall continue until
terminated by either party giving to the other not less than ONE (1) months prior
written notice or payment of salary (excluding all other benefits to which he/her is or
may be entitled) in lieu of notice.
