可以补 resale pr household变sc household是可以补的，去家附近的hdb office就行。

BTO已经是津贴过后的价格，没有什么成熟区不成熟区的。买BTO就相当于拿了津贴。grant就是买转售组屋时给的津贴。低收入的不管买BTO还是转售组屋都还有个额外津贴，只有低收入才有。

BTO本身算是津贴房了。

所以如果你是在成熟市镇买，是没有津贴的。 只有当你薪水低于一定金额才有AHG ADDITIONAL HOUSE GRANT。

如果你在非成熟区买，才有更多津贴。

具体你去HDB网站看。

BTO只有公民可以买。所以你爹妈可以去买个BTO准备好足够的CASH就好毕竟年纪大了，最多贷款到65岁，65以上估计要全款。

1.The Additional CPF Housing Grant (AHG) is given to eligible first-timer citizen families who are applying to buy a 2-room Flexi or bigger flat and who are able to meet the eligibility conditions under the AHG.

2.The Special CPF Housing Grant (SHG) is given to eligible first-timer citizen families who are applying to buy a 2-room Flexi, 3-room or 4-room flat in a non-mature estate and who are able to meet the eligibility conditions under the SHG.

3.This service allows you to find out the amount of the AHG/ SHG that you may be considered for. It provides only an estimate based on the information provided and does not constitute an approval by HDB to grant the AHG/ SHG to any person. Only when a flat applicant has selected a flat and applied for the AHG/ SHG with the supporting documents, will HDB assess and determine the actual AHG/ SHG amount to be granted in accordance with prevailing policies, rules and regulations.


有的，我们去签约的时候都问了。 但是我家不符合条件。

我当时买成熟社区BTO没有津贴。 但是如果我选非成熟社区。下面是我的结果。

Based on the information that you have provided, you may be considered for an Special CPF Housing Grant (SHG) of $15,000. You are not eligible for the Additional CPF Housing Grant (AHG) as your average gross monthly household income for the one year period is more than $5,000.

我2013年买成熟社区BTO，当时的条件不符合任何AHG 和SHG。
但是如果选非成熟社区是有15000的SHG和5000的AHG的。

所以BTO也有分成熟不成熟的。

贴链接一直被审核。 我贴个图，大家可以去HDB网站做个测试，无非是问问你是不是第一次申请BTO，买的是哪年的BTO，然后工资写上去，初步审核一下。如果符合就会给你。

如果不测的话去选房付DOWN PAYMENT的时候HDB会主动OFFER 你GRANT的。

您应该是很久没有更新HDB信息了。

涨知识了…是在原有的那个2-3万grant的基础上还有additional的么？很难有人能符合条件吧
