以为过了绑定期银行才能调整利率,昨天打去问,竟然告诉我新利率从5月底开始生效,绑定期到8月份才过。难不成这绑定期是只绑客户不绑银行,貌似很不合理。与之争论后,最终同意做repricing,条件是必须付S$500的upfront fee。 Option A Yr 1: 1.80% (Fixed) Yr 2: 1.80% (Fixed) Thereafter:1 Month SIBOR + 0.60% 1 Month SIBOR as at 3 May 2018 = 1.38%
OR
Option B Yr 1: 1.88% (Fixed) Yr 2: 1.88% (Fixed) Yr 3: 1.88% (Fixed) Thereafter: 1.88% (FDPR_14M +1.63%) The Bank’s prevailing FD Property Loan Rate_14M (FDPR_14M) is at 0.25% per annum
