各位大神好，想请教一下，本人PR, 给父母申请LTVP，申请理由是帮忙照顾不到一岁的宝宝，之后收到ICA 的邮件，要求准备以下材料

Please call in person at ICA Building, Visit Pass Unit, 4th Storey, 10 mins before your appointment time, with the following original documents:

A copy of this notice
A copy of duly completed Form 14.
Applicant's passport.
Applicant's DE Card
Sponsor's NRIC(Original)
Sponsor's birth certificate showing the relationship between the applicant and sponsor (Original and Photocopy)
Sponsor's marriage certificate. If the sponsor is divorced, the sponsor's divorce certificate. If the sponsor is widowed, the spouse's death certificate
Sponsor's child(ren)'s birth certificate(s) (Original and Photocopy)
Sponsor's latest letter of employment stating date of commencement, designation and salary per month. This letter submitted to ICA should be within one month from the date of issue;(Original and Photocopy)
Sponsor's payslips for the last 6 months (Original and Photocopy)
Sponsor's spouse's latest letter of employment stating date of commencement, designation and salary per month.This letter submitted to ICA should be within one month from the date of issue;(Original and Photocopy)
Sponsor's Spouse's CPF Statement showing monthly CPF contribution (My Statement - Contribution History) for the last 12 months;
