Project Admi Internship
Primary duties:
-Helping to carry out sales business and liaising with customers.
-Assist Project Manager in preparing and submitting Progress Claims
-Verify progress claims and tax invoices of sub-contractors, suppliers for Project Manager Approval.
-Establishing and maintaining the project documentation library.
-Setting up folders in server for every new financial year and ensuring all the information for Project team to be updated monthly.
Requirements:
-at least 4 hours per day, 5 days per week
-at least 3 months
-Prefer accountant or engineering background
Remuneration:
8 dollars per hour.
