新公民换组屋

刚换成公民,PR时期有买组屋一套, 现在咨询:
1.可以将现有组屋卖给公民方吗?如果可以,可以申请津贴吗?
2.假如不换现在组屋,直接买公寓, 万一将来组屋enblock, enblock 后有公寓时还能选新组屋吗?

夫妻共同所有的HDB， DE-COUPLING已经不可以了。


当前环境下拥有多套房产必须付出代价了。

不过你们要确保离婚后分开住别被HDB看出来。
