为避免歧义，要在买了保单10个月后的怀孕，才可以受保。
MATERNITY Reimbursement of Reasonable and Customary charges for pregnancy and childbirth subject to the sub-limit per Period of Insurance as specified in the Table of Benefit, for:
(a) Pregnancy Ante-natal care and post-natal care required by the Insured Person prior to or up to 90 days immediately following childbirth provided that the post-natal care was given by the same Doctor who did the delivery.
(b) Childbirth The covered amount includes hospital accommodation, obstetricians’ and midwives’ fees for childbirth and other related Medically Necessary expenses incurred during the stay in a Hospital as an In-patient. All other deliveries with complications and reasonable and customary charges for neo-natal care for the new-born baby up to 7 days after birth are also covered.
The maternity benefit shall be payable only in respect of pregnancy which has commenced after being insured continuously for ten (10) months from the Effective Date under this Policy. We will not pay any medical expense in respect of pregnancy which commenced during this ten (10) months period.
No other benefit under this Policy provides any coverage for medical expenses incurred in connection with pregnancy or childbirth.
