我登进去不会开始计时申请了把

我前天刚自己做完，计时从你complete the form offline , 填完那个表格后开始算，不用怕，系统会提示你什么时候要开始计时了，你不想的话按no就好了。

好的谢谢 所以除了自己的材料其他所需要填的form都在那边下载吗

是的，你按照step 1 to 3 照着做就可以了。
