About the Role:In this role, you will shape the strategy and have a large impact on Norton’s consumer business in Asia-Pacific Japan region. You will work across the different geographies and multiple functions to influence key business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Build the regional pricing strategy, including existing portfolio optimization and new product pricing for the Norton Business Unit
- Formulate and own the regional price promotion strategy for Asia-Pacific / Japan region
- Develop strategic reviews - provide market insights & competitive analysis
- Own the pricing governance for Norton e-business; update and maintain e-store pricing
- Analyze sales trends & seasonality to drive value maximizing pricing decisions
- Partner with cross-functional teams to review regional deals; establish KPIs and track deal performance
- Formulate price tests and analyze results to improve the business
- Work with various business stakeholders to identify gaps, conduct quantitative analysis, and develop cross-channel strategies
- Provide commercial insights to cross-functional teams & support business growth
Qualifications:
- BA degree or equivalent (MBA or Masters a plus but not required)
- 5+ years of experience in analytical roles (Management Consulting, Economics, Finance, Engineering…etc.)
- Ability to think clearly & strategically through business decisions
- Ability to work cross-functionally and partner with both regional and HQ teams
- Japanese language ability preferred but not required
