1.0 Manage the operations of an LCentral Centre
1.1 Manage the daily operation of the centre.
1.1.1 Manage and mentor centre staff and oversee their duties, including scheduling of staff and timetabling of classes
1.1.2 Demonstrate strong customer service skills while developing positive relations as a good team leader with LCentral staff, customers and clients that enables effective response/action to complaints/compliments and enquiries.
1.1.3 Manage centre resourcing and oversee its ordering and distribution.
1.1.4 Ensure cleanliness and professional presentation to LCentral Brand Standards of the centre, its resources, materials and classrooms.
1.1.5 Manage centre level IT systems, including the consistent and correct use of LUCAS to record all transactions, i.e. finances, enrolments, schedules and resources.
1.1.6 Ensure a strong culture of British English use within the centre,
1.2 Pro-actively increase the student enrolments at the centre.
1.2.1 Analyse and track centre growth (including withdrawals) used to determine marketing strategies that succeed in positively growing the centre.
1.2.2 Develop appropriate strategies for growing the centre, e.g. a business development or Annual Marketing Plan.
1.2.3 Manage the implementation of appropriate strategies for growing the centre.
1.2.4 Contribute to marketing and promotional activities for the centre.
1.3 Manage centre finances, e.g. bookkeeping, invoicing, receipting, petty cash and banking.
1.4 Ensure proper record keeping according to LCentral policy and procedure.
1.5 Ensure that correct legal and regulatory obligations regarding staff and the business are met, e.g. staff working permits/visas, FSB certification, IRAS/CPF etc.
1.6 Report to LCentral Regional Office as required, e.g. monthly reports, student results etc.
1.7 Follow directives and be accountable to LCentral Regional Office staff.
2.0 Other
2.1 Communicate effectively with all centre staff in the best interests of the students, regarding student progress, on-going assessment, classroom resources and other pertinent information.
2.2 Use their best endeavours to promote the best interests of LCentral within the centre and wider community.
