不是害怕，只是觉得人生是一场经历。我们比小孩经历得多，所以知道这个项目的好处。希望小孩也可以受益。可是小孩毕竟是小孩，玩和懒惰是大脑的本性，他们/她们不一定可以看得这么长远，也就造成了不一定这么配合父母的安排。不一定是参加教会或其他投机取巧事，有可能她们就是爱看书，对数学不感兴趣。到底是她/他的人生。

I totally agree. It is very obvious how much resources that MOE pumps into the programme. We, parents, are the factors only. It's her/his life at the end. CÉ LA VI!

Besides, it could be a great learning opportunity for them if they didn't get through due to lack of effort. Regrets could be the best motivation for the rest of 3 years in primary.

Quite happy to see that GEP parents come to share the experience. Could you please talk about their teaching way, their assessment, and also GEP student normal daily life there? Do they have lots of homework to do? Thanks..

呵呵，越来越感觉像婚姻。
在里面的觉得就那样，很多的取舍。
没在里面的，多的是渴望。硬的头皮往里钻。

哈哈。第一个学期非常不适应。下午放羊。为了不让孩子看太多电视玩太多游戏，只能放去托管。但成绩确实是不怎么样。偏科的让人头疼。

这种考试类似智商测试，没法准备，但考前了解一下题型是有帮助的

如果能选上，强烈推荐去，对孩子各方面都有好处，尤其老师都很好，很能理解、支持聪明孩子的各种想法。

虽然不像以前GEP都能DSA四大，但DSA四大的可能性还是比主流高。去年起四大DSA人数比以前少了，看起来如果有特长，比如数学很好，那DSA的可能性就比较高
