Customer Service Associate (Mandarin Speaker)

As the company's first point of contact, you will leverage your knowledge and positive attitude to help each customer in a friendly and efficient matter. We serve many different countries so your patience and flexibility to understand each customer’s different cultural background is a must.
Key responsibilities:
● Handle customers' questions and concerns by phone and email with speed and professionalism
● Play an essential role in finding the right solution for the customer
● Find ways to make our services more convenient for customers
● Conduct daily follow-up with previously unresolved customer requests
● Build a family-like relationship with customers and vendors
● Be a brand ambassador and make a positive first impression to all customers
● Help us define and implement top notch customer service policies
● Solve complex problems with different software tools
● Have fun while working hard with a goal-oriented team
Our ideal candidate has:
● Fluency in Mandarin and English (required); other languages are a plus
● Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to listen, understand and find a solution to complex customer requests
● The desire to talk to customers on a daily basis
● Strong analytical and computer skills
● A flexible work schedule
● International experience (preferred)
● Familiarity with CRM software (preferred)
