无双亲无配偶无子女的独身主义，身故后CPF、房产等怎么办

如果身故，
组屋、公积金等名下的所有财产怎么办？

组屋还好办，可以活着时卖掉，出手。公积金就拿不出来了。
如果突然身故，公积金怎么办？

公积金可以外人继承吗？

写好遗嘱应该不难。

如果有兄弟姐妹的话，他们也可以继承的。如果这也没有，又没有遗嘱给外人的话，就是充公了。

以前是填个表格指定cpf的受益人，不知道现在可不可以网上填写

CPF受益人要填表格，不可以网上提交。You will not be able to make or change a CPF nomination online because the CPF nomination form is a legal document that has to be signed in the presence of 2 witnesses and this requirement cannot be met by an online submission.

To make or change a CPF nomination, you will need to complete the "CPF Nomination Form" (Form 6A(1) - CASH) (PDF, 1.1MB). We encourage you to visit any of our CPF Service Centres and complete the CPF nomination form in the presence of our Customer Service Executives (CSEs) who can be your witnesses and clarify any questions you may have. You can book an appointment with us through our CPF Appointment Service at the CPF website. Appointments can be made on your preferred date and time (subject to availability of appointment slots).
