Role andResponsibilities Happybird’s Gift Consultantplays an integral role in the company, ensuring that the company functions inan effective manner. Opportunities and training will be provided if candidateis open to take on new responsibilities.
1) Administrative Duties (20%) · Organiseand ensure documents are in order. · Workwith company accountant, to ensure proper filing and reporting
2) Sourcing & Customer Servicing (50%) · Toassist customer requests and questions · Sourcefor unique and trending gifts · Liaisewith Factories and Suppliers in China and Malaysia to ensure quality productsand smooth delivery
3) Social Media Marketing (30%) · Leveragingon Facebook, Instagram to launch marketing initiatives and product offering. · Keepin touch with latest trends on unique products that can be used for corporategift. · Tofurnish Happybird’s website with creative gift ideas, in-trend products, etc.
Skills and QualificationsRequirements · Computer-literateand Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Excel · Sharegreat interest in social media marketing and an avid practitioner · Meticulousand energetic · Ableto use Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop Software is a huge plus
