The duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the followings:
· Provide 24 x 7 NOC operations, such as remove hand service, customer support, hotline, etc.

· Perform remote hand service based on CMI’s remove hand service list

· Supervise Vendors to carry out scheduled NOC maintenance, structure cable installation, cross connect installation, rack installation, etc.
监督第三方人员在机房的维修施工,布放线缆,楼内线布放,机柜设备安装等
· Escort customer for Data Halls visit
陪同客户入场
· Escalate problem / incident to Manager or CMI’s HQ
升级问题/故障给项目经理
· Incident handling
故障处理
· Assist Manager / Engineer to handle Customers’ IT equipment racks
& equipment move-in.
协助客户机柜及设备的入场
· Perform cable connection test for Customers’ IT equipment
客户设备的线路测试
· Assist Manager to update Inventory list / Asset list …etc.
协助更新ODF/DDF信息及资产列表等
