Post: Concierge/Receptionist(前台接待员:$2,200.00 to $2,800.00) Duties & Responsibilities The duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the followings: · Warmly welcome and greet guests at the front desk (在前台热情地欢迎和问候客人) · Assist in handling visitors/ vendors/ internal staff IN and OUT procedures in an effective and efficient way(协助处理访客/供应商/内部员工的进出程序,确保程序有效) · Prepare, maintain and update vendor / visitor & internal staff assess record / working permit / passenger permit/ documentation / database in proper and systematic mode.(准备、维护和更新供应商/访客和内部员工的评估记录/工作证/客运证/文件/数据库。) · Responsible for assisting in the daily operation (such as F&B ordering, taxi booking etc. ) and delivering quality service to the end-users(负责协助日常运营(如订车、打车等),为终端用户提供优质服务) · Monitor lobby traffic and alert teammate regarding the guests arrival and deliveries(监控大堂的交通状况,并提醒同事客人的到来和交付情况) · Assist with the corporate of any on-site events.(协助公司进行现场活动) · Maintain and assist in configuring conference room facilities as per proposed setting.(按照建议的设置维护和协助配置会议室设施) · Handle visitor/ vendor’s enquiries and provide information about the facilities politely & clearly(处理访客/供应商的询问,并礼貌而清晰地提供有关设施的信息) · Cooperate with contingent worker, such as tea lady , security , driver and FM to maintain building daily operation smoothly and seamlessly (与工作人员,如茶水小姐,保安,司机和FM合作,保持日常工作的顺畅和无缝) · Prepare reports of daily operations to management (i.e. access card report) (准备日常操作报告给管理层(即门禁卡报告)) · Ad hoc duties assigned by Client(客户分配的特殊任务) Requirement · Secondary 5 Full Cert/O Level Full Cert or above(中五全证书/O级证书或以上) · At least 2 years’ relevant working experience(2年以上相关工作经验) · Professional, mature and polite telephone manner and answering skills(专业、成熟、礼貌的电话接听方式和技巧) · Proficiency in English and Chinese (熟练掌握英语和汉语) · Good command in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing(熟练运用MS Word, Excel,中文文字处理) |
