个人感觉技术移民申请PR并没有宽松。
1.公立大专，大学毕业生申请PR。
2.PR以及公民的配偶申请到的DPR。
3.技术移民的PR。
以上是以前申请PR的主力军。今年PR批准显得好多个人认为：
1.填补PR申请到的公民，名额多了。
2.去年开始，考过PLSE, O&Alevel 的小盆友可以申请PR了，而且通过率相当高。

综合： 技术移民的PR应该没有放水。
