Basic Salary up to $2,000 + attractivecommission package. Monday to Saturday working. Off onSunday and PH. Safe and friendly working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Sale of products based on customer needs.
- Attend to customer inquiries, feedbacks or complaints on phone, email, live chat portals in timely and professional manner.
- Manage customer self-collection of online purchase.
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Pre-U/ A level/ Diploma in any field or equivalent.
- Positive outlook, outgoing and friendly personality. Client centric.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy (MS Office). Adobe Photoshop is a plus point.
- Good spoken and written English. Good spoken Mandarin will be an advantage. (To liaise with Mandarin speaking customers)
- Experience in telecommunication retail sales will be an advantage.
