Responsibilities

• Responsiblefor both sea & air import/export shipments, transshipment
• Coordinateday-to-day import/export logistics operations and transactions for freightforwarding and otherrelated activities
• Communicationwith local customer and overseas agents on shipment arrangements
• Preparationand manage all shipping documentation and ensuring its accuracy according toclient's instructions
• Coordinateincoming and outgoing shipments and delivery schedule with forwards andcustomers
• Monitorcustomers shipment closely to ensure order fulfillment and follow up on accountreceivables
• Respondand follow-up on customers inquiries and requests
  

Requirements

• PreferablyOperation Executive specialized in shipping/freight forwarder company
• Atleast 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for thisposition
• Strong team player withgood working attitude, self-motivated, passionate and responsible
