Beware of this Unit

Beware of This unit at 51 sims drive is horrible, at first agree with 1k all included but after pay deposit at the end say need pay additional for PUB , if don’t want stay no deposit will be refund , this is not the worst ,best part is she say can be register for HDB but at the end she register at the other place and she said if want register the unit each person need pay 50, here come the epic part, this unit actually has been complain by next door because the unit is full with more than 8 people, HDB authorities had been there to check many times,they only wear underwear while in common area, I just move out from the unit 1 month ago , do not get this unit .
