Area located at AMK  BLK 216 Ave 1 St 22 ,8 floor lift landing .Facing Bishan park（can go for excersie ),beside there is Community Centre ,Wet Market,Cake shop , Clinics ,2 coffeeshop, Essential shop，Hairdressing shop , Etc. To AMK Hub walk 15 to 20mins ,Near AMK MRT station and there is a bus Nos 71 to Bishan MRT station, convenient transportation.
Common Room avàliable to couples for rent, tentant which holding WP/LTVP/SP/PR. Only Who is China and Malaysian Chinese Nation  .Room are equipped with Wifi,air condition, wall mounted fan ,an double decker bed,wardrobe,table and chair,an dressings tabl  available.
* Light cooking allow(Cup Noodles).
*Washing machine available for laundry on Monday and Thursday and laundry can be hung at the walkway which supplies of hanger rack.To take note no washing of ladies underwear, bra in washing machine .
