我现在的resale 也是两年后满mop, 当时没拿grant的。 最后忍不住也写了封邮件去问, 回复如下:
2 All flat buyers are required to meet a Minimum Occupation Period (MOP) of 5 years before they are allowed to sell, rent their HDB flat or invest in a private property. The period of renting out the flat (if any) is excluded from the computation of the MOP.
3 If your current flat is a subsidised flat (i.e. resale flat bought with the CPF Housing Grant or a flat bought directly from HDB), you must have met the requisite MOP of the existing flat before you can submit an application online to buy a next flat from HDB meeting all the other eligibility conditions on income ceiling, non-ownership of private property and etc.
4 However, if your current flat is a resale flat bought without the CPF Housing Grant, you may submit an application to apply for a BTO flat from HDB if the Delivery Possession Date (DPD) of the BTO flat falls on or after the MOP date for your current resale flat.
5 You may subscribe to our HDB e-Alert Service so that we can inform you of our future sales launches at your designated email address and/or via SMS.
