Looking for sales cordinator/assistant
Working Days: 5 Days
Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Working Area: Tuas South Avenue 3
Transport Provided:
(8.00am from Jurong Point to Work Location)
(5.30pm from Work Location to Jurong Point)
Roles & Responsibilities
• Liaise with clients, vendors internal staff
• Prepare quotations, process confirmed orders and to client request
• Provide admin support to management
• Provide general administrative and operational support
• Coordinating of shipments
• Attend to sales calls and enquiries and follow up on client
• Generate official quotations, sales invoices and delivery order
• Coordinate sales order forwarders/transporter to ensure on time delivery
• Perform any ad-hoc assignments assigned
• Reasonably proficient in English
• Speedy, responsive and can work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in words/excel office
• Training will be provided for selected candidate without experience
