【招聘岗位】 移民顾问
【工作职责】 1. 根据客户的资产规模、生活目标、预期收益目标和风险承受能力进行需求分析,出具专业的移民计划方案,推荐合适的移民国家和移民项目; 2. 与客户进行高水准的电话沟通及面对面咨询,并为客户量身设计移民方案; 3. 积极配合、参与公司项目推广和公司各种高端渠道活动,并努力挖掘潜在客户; 4.全程参与客户的移民申请过程,与后台项目部同事一起配合推进移民申请,挖掘二次开发机会。
【任职要求】 1、22 岁以上,本科以上学历 2、中文(普通话)需要达到可以顺利沟通的水平 3、1 年以上销售岗位工作经历优先 4、深厚的行业与公司研究能力,敏锐快捷的市场反应能力和较强的风险控制意识; 5、具有严密的逻辑思维和分析判断能力,良好的公众演讲能力和沟通能力; 6、需要持有新加坡公民身份或配偶签证,目前环球出国新加坡分公司暂时无法担保申请员工的工作签证 7、无需相关工作经验要求,年薪资涨幅较大,是能者多得的薪资体系。

Job responsibilities: · Get familiar with over 370 immigration products and provide professional immigration solutions to clients. · Call to make appointment and consultation with clients. · Cater to high net-worth clients’ needs & work out immigration proposals via phone calls or meetings. · Follow up closely with clients to ease misgivings & close the deal. · Maintain good relationship with after sales clients to achieve client satisfaction, and to get customer referrals.
Requirements · Minimum Diploma/Degree · Have 1 year sales experience with great sales performance. Prefer in banking, insurance, property selling and related fields. · Quick thinking and resourceful to deal with the volatile nature of job · Excellent communication, interpersonal and cross functional stakeholder management skills
