招聘会计助理
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Excel, Word, Wechat, PL, Balance Sheet, Xero
- Self-motivated, good communication skills, meticulous, organized, able to work independently and a proactive team player
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-pace dynamic environment
- Good knowledge of Xero
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Complete the data entry in account software on time.
- Responsible for preparing full sets of accounts, familiar with multi-currencies
- Prepare yearly management report, statutory reporting and simple consolidation of accounts
- Liaise with external auditors, bankers, company secretary and overseas administrators
- Ensure that policies/ accounting treatment of investment instruments are in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS)
