Account Assistant 1800-2000 Responsibilities: Reporting directly to the Account Executive ofan accounting firm, the candidate will provide general administrative supportto the Account Executive. It would include the following core areas: · Bookkeeping · Assist the AccountExecutive in areas of, administration (maintain file listing, filing, typing, scanning,updating of incorporation documents, redirection of mail etc) · Arrange and/or maketrips to some necessary places for documents delivery or verification. · Lodge basic ACRA formssuch as Annual Return, Extension of Time, Change of Officers and Particularsetc. · Perform other generalad-hoc administrative duties when assigned by the Account Executive. Requirements: · Minimum ITE/ Diplomaqualifications, whether it is related to the aforementionedresponsibilities. Candidates with relevant experience in a professionalservice firm such as a law firm or an accounting firm will be advantageous. · Proficiency in MSOffice applications such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, andSharePoint. · A team player who isalso hardworking, responsible and possesses a positive attitude
Account Executive 2200-2500 Senior Executive depends on working experience Responsibilities: · Must be able to handlefull set of accounts for various industries (including preparation of schedules) · Prepare GST schedulesand submission. · Handling and Providingaccounting services such as preparing monthly payment, Management Report,Monthly Payroll Calculation & Submission and Tax Reporting · Those with working atleast 3 years experience in Accounting firm or Audit firm may consider forSenior Executive position. · Those who is able tostart work immediately or short notice preferred Requirements: · Min. 2 years full setAccounts experiences · Degree/Diploma inAccounting · Prefer accounting firmexperience · Must know theCompilation of Financial Statements & Taxation · Familiar withaccounting software (EZ Accounting) · Able to OT to meetdateline · Able to handlemultiple client’s company accounts · Independent with goodLeadership and Management skills · Able to holddiscussion on accounts with client · Travel to client’soffice when required · Salary negotiable
