Tasks

Ÿ  Provide Financial AdministrativeSupport

Ÿ  Accounts Payables – Keying of paymentvouchers, preparing cheque payments & monitoring payment to creditors

Ÿ  Keeping track transfer/resale cases,prepare refunds for over-payment cases and prepare letter to inform clients whois in arrears to make payment.

Ÿ  Preparing and keying of journal entries

Ÿ  Reconciliation of GL accounts

Ÿ  Any other ad-hoc duties delegated by themanagement

Ÿ  Provide Customer Service Support

Ÿ  Attending to enquiries from clients andcommercial owners/tenants

Ÿ  Performing cashier’s duties

Qualifications and requirements

Ÿ  Candidate must possess at least Diplomain Finance/ Accounting or equivalent

Ÿ  Fluent in both English and Chinese

Ÿ  Minimum 1 year of administrative workexperience

Ÿ  Candidates with basic accountingbackground will be preferred
