We are local constuction company, and we now hire M&E Engineer.

Descriptions

·        Coordinating M&E matters on site to ensure worksare in accordance with contract specs and drawings and regulations

·        Source, Liaise and coordinate with M&Esubcontractors or procurement of M&E equipments

·        Liaise with clients and consultants on work progress

·        Assist to prepare M&E program and submissionschedule

·        Coordinate with other trades to ensure smooth workprogress

·        Assist contract department on tenders, progress claimand VO submission

Requirements

·        Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering

·        Minimum 3yrs experience in local Construction projects

·        Good understanding of procurement, technical andconstruction activities

·        Positive attitude and a team player

·        ​Familiar with AutoCad & Revit

说明:

•现场协调监测与评估事务，以确保工程符合合同规格，图纸和法规

•与M＆E分包商或M＆E设备的采购，联络和协调

•与客户和顾问联络工作进度

•协助准备监测与评估计划和提交时间表

•与其他同事协调以确保工作顺利进行

•需要能看懂相关的水电图纸，结构图纸

要求:

•电气/机械工程学位

•至少3年本地建筑项目经验

•充分了解采购，技术和建筑活动

•积极的态度和团队合作精神

•熟悉AutoCad和Revit

工作时间：

星期一至星期五: 9am-6pm

星期六: 9am-1pm
