Sales Support Executive
Responsibilities:
• Responsible to work closely with the relevant departments to support allpre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure the delivery of excellentcustomer services to all our customers. This include the following:
• Follow up all enquiries and ensure response to customers'enquiries andcomplains in professional manner. This include liaising with customers fromorders receipt to orders delivery.
• Submission of quotation, scheduling appointments, preparing presentationmaterials in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with Head Office and assist in all logistic matters related toorders received to endure all materials from suppliers are received on time tosupport production needs to meet promised TAT.
• Assist to monitor the progress of orders undertaken to ensure timelycompletion.
• Close follow-up and building good business relationship & rapport withcustomers.
• General administration work
• Other duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
• Minimum Degree or Diploma
• With good Interpersonal/communication skills
• Minimum Three years relevant experience
• Experience in Microsoft suite of products in particular Outlook, Excel, Wordand Powerpoint
• Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English and Chineselanguage as need to communicate with customers.
• Ability to work independently with good team spirit, self-motivated andmeticulous.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Must be able to accept multi-tasks and able to travel.
• Immediate availability or within short notice is preferred
