[backcolor=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.05)]Preparing Deliver Orders and Invoice for driver to make deliveries

[backcolor=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.05)]Create and maintain contact with vendors and customers to ensure timely delivery goods

[backcolor=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.05)]Interact with third party logistics service providers

[backcolor=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.05)]Assist and ensure accuracy of all inventories

[backcolor=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.05)]Maintain communication with warehouse staff to ensure proper working order

[backcolor=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.05)]Assist customer with deliver enquires

[backcolor=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.05)]Create packing lists and update shipment information in database

[backcolor=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.05)]Organize files both manually and electronically

[backcolor=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.05)]Monitor and facilitate returned orders

[backcolor=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.05)]Ensure that all items are properly numbered and tagged

[backcolor=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.05)]Others adhoc task assigned by your supervisor

[backcolor=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.05)]Min ‘O’ level onward

[backcolor=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.05)]Preferably with relevant job experience

[backcolor=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.05)]Able to use various software in relation to works

[backcolor=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.05)]Proficiency in English and Mandarin

[backcolor=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.05)]Willing to take-up ad-hoc duties assigned by the company
