Job Requirements:
Fluent in oral English communication
At least 3 years working experience in IT Helpdesk
Familiar with the market mainstream switches, routers, firewalls and other network hardware equipment performance
Responsible for setting VC system and troubleshooting peripheral equipment (Cisco, Polycom) and other basic faults in conference room
Familiar with LAN maintenance and network security, have the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot network problems or related knowledge
Responsible for daily IT HelpDesk work, Windows operating system, Office, Adobe and other application software maintenance
Familiar with IPSec VPN, SSL VPN working principle and network security system, able to conduct VPN in PC and Mobile terminal
Familiar with IT equipment operation and maintenance, with fault diagnosis and processing ability;
Strong executive ability and the ability to analyze and solve professional problems;
Familiar with computer software, hardware and network technology knowledge;
Strong sense of responsibility, serious and responsible, good communication, coordination and logical thinking ability;
Good working attitude, team work, continuous learning and innovation ability;
