Job Scope · Assist the course consultant in relationship management · Assist the course consultant in customer service · Indoor sales: introduce the product (courses) to the new customers · Student registration · Update clients’ information and support the teaching team

Job Requirement · Poly diploma or equivalent or higher · Highly responsible and earnest · Communication after working hour is needed and is compulsory · Weekend Work is required (Off-days are on other days) · Patient and love to communicate with people · Eager to learn
Preferred Candidate’s Background · Possessing professional knowledge and skills relating to relationship management · Possessing sales, customer service or relationship management experience · Possessing good knowledge of China culture/Chinese clients · Fluent in typing and speaking in Mandarin · Present good interpersonal skills and is able to work under pressure · Having Singapore primary and/or secondary education experience
