Recruitment SpecialistJob description
1. Assisted the superior to determine the recruitment target, summarized the number of positions and personnel needs, formulated and implemented the recruitment plan according to the existing establishment and business development requirements;
2. Collect resumes, classify and screen resumes, conduct preliminary interview and assessment on applicants, and issue comprehensive evaluation opinions;
3. Coordinate with the hiring department to complete the second interview, ensure that the interview is carried out in time and the assessment results meet the job requirements;
4. Conducted background investigation on the hired personnel, communicated with the prospective employees about the benefits, completed the offer negotiation and issued notices;
5. Writing recruitment advertisements, maintaining and updating recruitment websites, and communicating information on recruitment websites;
6. Found the problems existing in the recruitment work, put forward reasonable suggestions to optimize the recruitment system and process, and completed the recruitment analysis report;
7. Establish a talent pool of the enterprise, obtain the information of the talent market in various regions, and do a good job in resume management and information confidentiality;

Job requirements:

1. Fluent English communication skills, foreign companies, IT industry working background is preferred;
2. Quick thinking, strong ability of organization, coordination, communication, analysis and problem solving, and good writing skills;
3. Have certain analysis and summary ability, strong observation ability, proactive work, strong execution ability;
Bachelor degree or above, major in HR is preferred, more than one year experience in recruitment.
