Responsibilities

·       Supervisor the work on site

·       Coordinating with sub-contractors on sitework and resolve site issues

·       Report to project manager on projectupdates

·       Planning and order material

·       Prepare inspection form and inspect accordinglywith RE/RTO

·       Quality check and control for finishedworks

·       Progress control on structure works

·       Control material wastes, down time, reworkand waiting time

·       Plan and control site works

·       Any other related duties assign bysuperior from time to time

·       Monitor site safety and ensure that allsafety requirements are enforced

·       Read, execute and maintenance site masterplan and schedule provided by Structural, Architectural and M&E team

·       Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Candidate     must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in     Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
  
• Required     language(s): Chinese, English (in order to liaise with the English     & Chinese speaking associates)
  
• At     least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is     required for this position.
  
• Preferably     Senior Executive specialized in Engineering -     Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
  
• Good     team player and problem solver.
  
• Excellent     in communication skills.
  

Salary: $3000-$4200 per month
