Objective of the Position: The HR Specialist will support the design and implementationof HR programs that drive company values, increase employee engagement, andaccelerate performance to deliver business results. HR programs includeperformance management, developing and planning training program, successionplanning, talent analysis and other HR projects. Job Description:
- Develop and implement processes, programs, and systems in support of HR strategy
- ensuring superior customer experience, effectiveness, and efficiency. This includes understanding needs of stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables, develop and manage project plans and schedules, and manage change associated with new processes and programs.
- Administers HR programs and systems according to defined strategy and plan, including
the creation anddelivery of key deliverables, reports, communications, learning materials, andother support resources.
- Serves as a key point of contact to the business for HR programs, addressing questions
and requests in atimely and professional manner.
- Source, manage and evaluate learning programmes.
- Plan training courses/sessions and ensures that learning and training/development plans are
implemented on time,including managing, and monitoring the assigned training budget.
- Facilitate training sessions as required and monitor records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments.
- Supporting projects/sub projects and working with regional HR (China, Indonesia, Africa) where necessary to align country HR policies and activities with regional initiatives.
- Support in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, learning materials which includes conducting periodic reviews.
- Conduct exit interviews and prepare exit interview feedback analysis for HR Manager to update and advise business leaders on the feedback to discuss on improvement plans.
- Support in updating the HR intranet pages or related platforms.
