   BRIGHT RUBY RESOURCES PTE LIMITED(BRR) 是一家总部位于新加坡的大宗商品贸易公司，成立于2009年,主要从事大宗商品的进出口贸易业务，包括铁矿石、喷吹煤、钢材制成品。自2010年1月起，本公司被新加坡国际企业发展局（IE Singapore）纳入“全球贸易商计划” (GTP)。 公司依托于新加坡优越的地理位置，面向全球采购铁矿石和喷吹煤，销售给中国的主要钢铁厂，贸易规模巨大。我们的大宗商品贸易规模仍在持续扩大，为此，我公司诚招有志之士加入我们的团队，在国际化的平台上成就事业发展。

（二）招聘职位：人事经理

（三）工作职责：

• Lead the HR team in performing the full spectrum of HR functions
• Developing, implement and reviewing HR system, policies and procedures and workflows in line with statutory requirements and market practices
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll and statutory submissions (CPF, IRAS etc) for employees
• Review the employee’s compensation and benefits
• Report and advise on manpower strategic planning and employee performance management
• Compliance on HR matters
• Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, retention and motivation of human capital
  

（四）岗位要求：

• Degree and above in Human Resource Management
• 3-5 years of experience of managerial role in the same or bigger capacity with 2 years in the trading /shipping industry
• Well versed in local employment law and HR Practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Knowledge of Times software would be an added advantage
• Able to work under pressure
  

（五）公司福利：

• 工作时间：周一到周五，早上9:00-下午6:00；周六周日双休；
• 工作地点：Raffles Place
• 公共假期：按照新加坡法定公共假日休息，不按照中国假日休息；
• 保险：住院、门诊医疗保险，牙科医疗报销等。
• 试用期3个月，年假14天起；
