Job Description

Responsibilities:

· Collect, understand & analyze requirements.

· Conduct review & integration testing to ensure the quality of deliverables before handing over to users for UAT.

· Investigate all reported problems/errors & initiate amendments & testing so that the system can operate correctly & efficiently.

· Documenting all engagements including the creation of design documents, technical specifications, process documentation, specification, system deployment documents, ERP system integration and interface documents and publish reports as necessary.

· Work in teams to design, test and develop localization and customization of Yonyou ERP and Cloud products.

· Plan and manage developing resources and schedule.

· Solve technical problems during project delivery and document technical project documents.

· Provide pre-sales support from technical perspective, including product &technical solution demo.

职责：

• 收集、了解和分析需求。

• 进行审核和集成测试，以确保交付成果的质量，然后再移交给用户进行uat。

• 调查所有报告的问题/错误，并启动修正和测试，以便系统能够正确、高效地运行。

• 记录所有项目，包括设计文档、技术规范、流程文档、规范、系统部署文档、erp系统集成和接口文档的创建，并在必要时发布报告。

• 团队合作，设计、test 和开发 yonyou erp 和云产品的本地化和定制。

• 规划和管理开发资源和时间表。

• 解决项目交付过程中的技术问题并记录技术项目文档。

• 从技术角度提供售前支持，包括产品和技术解决方案演示。

Requirements:

· Good knowledge of information technology, especially in the areas of ERP

· Good planning and coordination skills

· Strong writing, verbal communication and presentation skills

· Good team player, responsible and conscientious

· Resourceful, independent, responsive and pro-active

· Possess strong interest in investigating and identifying causes of issues, and able to propose solutions to rectify the issue

· Experience in providing training to core team and end users

· Will be based in Singapore and travel for overseas projects in Southeast Asia
