Responsibilities:

1. Assist finance functions, cash flow and treasury to ensure financial integrity in according to regulatory requirements
2. Build, improve, and maintain finance, control and reporting functions
3. Perform UAT testing of finance function, and draft procedures of all the related processes.
4. Assist managing daily/monthly/quarterly/annual MAS regulatory reporting, including but not limited to base capital requirement, financial resource requirement
5. Familiar with pricing of OTC FX products, including spot, FX Forward, etc.
6. Work with stakeholders, including trading room, Operations and compliance on any finance related issues and also external auditors
7. Ability to handle the taxation issues for the company with the relevant authorities accordingly.
8. Prepare the financial reporting to internal Management and stakeholders.

Requirements:
1. Experience in FX and OTC Derivative is desirable
2. Possess CPA/ACCA or any other recognized accounting qualification
3. Knowledge and experience supporting OTC derivatives (Especially FX) is desirable.
4. Experience with Capital Market Service license entity is preferred but not a must.
5. Mandarin is required to liaison with head office
6. Have some IT background to handle digitization of the Finance Dept., familiarity in sourcing and setting up finance systems would be helpful
