Job Responsibilities： • Provide onsite System and Network support to clients on daily operations
• Responsible for inspection of on-site data centre and equipment health check.
• Carry out hardware delivery of the equipment, including hardware installation and cable jumper interconnection.
• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of network system, troubleshooting client’s LAN, WAN or internet cables.
• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of client’s application systems including mailing system, video conferencing system, telephony system, filing system and IT system. Job Requirements: • Computer and communication related education background, Diploma and above
• Minimum two years working experience in IT field
• Possess Network certification (or equivalent training/experience) preferred, CCNP / HCNP
• Experienced with Cisco, Huawei network system installation and maintenance
• Familiar with Juniper, Cisco security system management and troubleshooting
• Familiar with NGAF, internet behaviour management, Ipsec vpn, SSL vpn management and troubleshooting
• Experienced with network protocols such as TCP/IP, IPSEC VPN, SSL VPN, NAT
• Familiar with Ipv4/Ipv6
• Familiar with computer systems, be able to trouble shoot PC, server system.
• Be able to install and troubleshoot operating systems and office software.
• Being cheerful, hardworking, responsible, and good customer service attitude
• Detail-minded, self learning, analytical ability and proactive team player
