Job description: •Call candidates to schedule interviews with hiring managers •General admin work like data entry, coordinating files/documents • Compile notes/feedback • Support recruitment in coordinating/admin paperwork Requirements: •Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Teams • Displays good working attitude • Good communication skills, able to talk people at various levels of the organization • Has prior experience in similar role preferred but not required Other info: - Working location : Alexandra Rd.
