Job Description:

Responsible for human resource, administration logistics and business reception work.

主要负责新加坡办事处的人事、行政、后勤和商务接待等工作。

Duties/Responsibilities:

Responsible for human resource, administration logistics and business reception work.

在上级领导下，负责所在办事处的人事、行政、后勤及商务接待工作。

Responsible for meeting arrangement, organization, meeting minutes and follow up implementation of agenda.

负责会议安排、会务组织与筹备、会议记录、会议事项跟踪落实等会务工作

Performs other related duties assigned by superior.

完成上级交办的其他办公室相关工作。

Qualifications:

1-3 years work experience, human resource and administration management work experience preferred

1-3年工作经验，有做过人事、行政管理工作优先

Fluency in English and Mandarin is required

中英文流利

Bachelor’s Degree and above.

本科及以上学历

Strong affinity,Good communication skill, be scrupulous and methodical in work.

亲和力强，沟通能力佳，工作细致有条理
