岗位职责：

1、协助公司总裁制定公司的营销战略，并组织实施，完成实施相关市场开拓和营销任务；

2、能有效汇集企业内部和行业外部信息，进行综合数据分析和应用；

3、负责所辖部门的日常管理，包括战略管理、业务管理、人员管理、绩效管理和培训管理等；

4、分析和预测销售市场、把握市场趋势，清晰准确的分析竞争对手，为决策提供准确的市场信息，开拓和发展销售市场；

5、组建多维有效的线上和线下产品推广渠道。

MarketingManager

Job Description:

1. Assist theCEO in the development of the company's marketing strategy, organize itsimplementation and complete the relevant tasks pertaining to marketing.

2. Compileinternal data and industry information in an efficient manner to conduct acomprehensive data analysis for business applications.

3. Responsiblefor the teams and personnel under the marketing department, including themanagement of strategy development, business development, personnel management,performance assessment, training requirements, and other relevant scopes.

4. Conductanalysis and forecast of sales in the market, grasp current and future markettrends, conduct clear analysis of industry competitors, and provide accuratemarket-related information to use in decision making, market access, and marketexpansion.

5.Establish effective online and offline sales and promotion channels acrossmultiple platforms.

7、中英文听说读写熟练应用，办公软件熟练

2.Proficient in communication skills, with a keen sense of decision making and marketexpansion.

3. Have a keensense of the workings of the industry and the market, able to consolidateresources efficiently, and have good business development skills. Have theability to identify potential issues and have good problem-solving skills.

4. Have aprofessional image and be a good team player with experience in team buildingand team management.

5. Have therelevant skills in sales and business development and be familiar with the variousmedia platforms and promotional methods to advance sales development.

6. Willingto accept challenges and work under high intensity. Able to cope with high-stress levels with an optimistic attitude.

7. Have the necessary proficiencies in the listening,speaking, reading, and writing in the Chinese and English languages, withrelevant computer skills for the use of office software,
