岗位职责：

1、负责业务拓展及客户开发、维护管理工作，完成前期沟通和商务谈判，并制定合作方案；对整个商务合作的过程和结果负责，规划合作项目计划及进度执行，并针对重点项目和重要客户进行跟踪和维护；

2、根据公司的业务需求，整合资源，评估资源的可合作性；

3、拓展新合作渠道，探索新推广模式

4、协调甲方和公司运营工作，了解项目进度，做好数据统计，及时对项目合作提出改善建议

5、负责与其他部门保持沟通以便能分析市场趋势和客户需求；

Job Description:

1.Responsible for business development and client management, including engagingwith prospective clients, maintaining customer relation management, pursuingleads, and developing client cooperation proposals. Responsible for liaisingwith clients and subsequent follow-ups throughout the entire planning andimplementation process of business development projects, including key projectswith headline clients.

2. Consolidateexisting resources and evaluate resource allocation according to the company’sprevailing business requirements.

3. Explorenew channels for innovative models in business development and productpromotion.

4. Coordinatethe operations between the client and the company by keeping track of projectprogress, compiling and analyzing data, and introducing improvements andsuggestions for project implementation.

5. Liaisewith other departments for communication works on market trends and customerneeds analysis.

5. Have therelevant skills in sales and business development.

6. Willingto accept challenges and work under high intensity. Able to cope with high-stress levels with an optimistic attitude.

7. Have thenecessary proficiencies in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in theChinese and English languages, with relevant computer skills for the use ofoffice software.
