Job Description: - Assist with the E-Commerce marketplace's daily management
- Manage backend e-commerce operations for all onlineplatforms.
- Responsible in managing the online e-commerce platformsand develop structure for the backend - supporting functions
- Assist with data analysis and market research
- Assist to manage and execute different types of digitalprograms/campaigns
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies andcommunications
- Plan and prepare promotions and campaigns on platforms inadvance
- Support internal sales and event activities
- Creating and copywriting advertising assets in the formof copy, video and images
- Upload product images and relevant content ontoe-commerce company website
- Responsible for overall ad performance
- Ensuring we have the right images for all the SKUs andcreating optimized product descriptions, review the product images quality andpricing.
- Conduct performance analysis and prepare serviceanalytics reports for daily tracking, weekly / monthly management reporting
- Maintaining strong data flow of campaign results throughaccurate and timely reporting of statistics daily
Key Requirements: - Degree in Digital Marketing, Business, E-commerce,Marketing, Communications, or other relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in digital andsocial media marketing.
- Experience in media content and writing skills.
- Broad experience with SEO and SEM.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools.
- Proven track record of executed digital marketingcampaigns.
- Content and creative writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- The ideal person has a passion in e-commerce and digitalmarketing, comes with a curious mindset, is digitally savvy and a problemsolver.
- Effectively bilingual in English and the Chinese Language(in order to maintain and develop relationships with English and Chinesespeaking key customers.)
